Event Management Platform for a 250-Guest Celebration

Coordinating a private event with around 250 guests creates a surprisingly complex information problem: invitations, confirmations, programme details and practical updates need to remain clear for guests and manageable for the organizers.

I designed and built a responsive event-management website, built with Astro, that brought these elements into one central place. I owned the project end to end, from concept and design through frontend and backend implementation to deployment and day-to-day operation during the event. The platform supported RSVP management, event information and programme communication, structured to work smoothly on mobile devices and to stay easy to update as plans changed.

The project covered the full path from understanding organizer and guest needs to structuring the information and shipping a working website that guests actually used. Specific usage figures are not published here, since the platform served a private event rather than a public product.
