During an internship at YYachts in Greifswald, I supported the construction of the research vessel Eugen Seibold, designed for offshore sample collection.
My main focus was hands-on composite manufacturing, including the lamination of the cabin roof using glass-fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP) and carbon fiber, followed by finishing and rework.
Alongside the composite work, I supported the planning and implementation of the wastewater system and assisted with interior construction.
